I have looked and looked and found nothing on what you feed them. I have found this bit of info that might help. Everyone is of the opinion they won't keep for more than a week or so.

Try fillet steak But on the serious side, you wont keep them alive for more then a couple of days, and to do this your going to need plenty of salt water, as the water need to be changed every 10hs or so, othewise they die. Aerator will also help, but its that change of salt water that will do the best good. Other wise you'll need to built a mud flat in your back yard, with a tidal flow. You can wrap in newspaper and freeze, but they usually come out soft when read y to use..

You feed them, they crap, they die quick as it fouls the water. Lots of air, and water changes, which unless you live near a salt water source is a pain in the proverbial.
