We are pushing hogs too this year. Must be the heat. Currently we have our pigs eating around 8lbs of feed per day. Feed 4-5lbs twice a day. (they waste a little feed by knocking feeders around) Its a 17.5% show feed. We are adding a little fat to the heavier pigs along with paylean at 9 gram ration.

I'm in the same situation. I need 2.5 ADG over the next 46 days to get up to 240-245. I have a duroc gilt and barrow indoors on concrete. Wormed every 30 with Safegard. Garden hose nipple waterer, Feeding 18% at 6lbs each per day (split 2X) with some Sumo and HSC Champion Drive mixed in.

If your hog gained 22 lbs in 7 days then you are gaining 3 lbs a day and if you keep everything going at that pace you will make weight.
