Just use the biggest Ox you can afford. You can walk between all cities throgh blue and yellow zones. You don't need to worry about the speed, HP and Armor of the mount. Just make sure that it carries as much as possible. It will take a bit longer sticking to the safe route but nobody will be attacking you. Do not bother with the bear.

In that case, you might want to bering an escort rather then a big mount. They recently updated mounts so that those with heavy armor do not have that much carry capacity as before.

What if I'm patient and not worried about an all in, one trip cash in.? I'm happy making 50% of what is possible by using a mount that doesn't have carry capacity. Would that make it possible to be more survivable?
