They will get to big for a nano reef; or to be concidered "reef safe." Do a search in this forum and you should find some old threads about lobster discussion.

bah humbug! I have one in my tank and he doesn't bother a soul. I make sure and drop some food in his little cave and he has never gone after anything in the tank. They mostly come out at night or when feeding so make sure you make a cave that is visible.

Delbilius Reef Lobster or the unknown purple lobster in ya tank. These guys are reef safe in general they come out at night to feed so some brine or even flakes after dark and that should be the extent of care for these cool guys. Just like other shelled critters they will need some supplemental calcium for proper molting.
