You need a bigger tank, when I put mine in a 5G tank, they all got nervous and died, they had everything. But I put them in a 10G tank, and they started to breed, then some didnt make it.

At you local fish store they should also sell liquid fry food, dry ones as well. I would fees the babies dailey, but this will require more water changes. This is not a bad thing, honestly more frequent water changes with babies is better anyways. I hope you actually got ghost shrimp. Around here we mostly get freshwater prawns.

Also, add a apple snail. They leave infu (forgot how it was spelled, sorry), and the shrimp and ghost shrimp will feed off of it, and will grow. Also, yea, they do sell that food, but it can be expensive over time.

None of my local fish stores sell fry food or infusoria . I moved them to my 20 long and planted it pretty heavily not sure if the larvae from the old tank made it or not. Also water changes is not easy to do with free swimming almost microscopic larvae in the water.
