Players can feed Critters any resources that players can eat, including Rot and spoiled foods. I would recommend feeding your Critter Glow Berries or Lesser Glow Berries as this will cause Critters to emit light for a short period of time. Spoiled Food and Stale Food will give Critters less Hunger value.

Critters can be fed anything edible, including Eternal Fruitcake, Rot, and Rotten Eggs. Any food given refreshes the critter's hunger time to its maximum. Critters have a hunger time of 2 days after which they will be considered starving.
