I think I remember someone telling me that the blue ones are still Tomato/Tobacco Hornworms, they were just fed something different that made them blue. I would give the Tomato and Bell Pepper leaves a try.

Yeah THEY can eat the leaves, but do not feed them to your beardie after. Tomato leaves are VERY toxic to bearded dragons!
